Coleman, Tax Co11lector, in the matter of posting notices of.time fixed for cash payments of street assessments in Street Improvement District No. 15,and notice of sale of real property where assessments against. property has not been paidw" Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved same be received and filed. Motion carried. Report of J, P. Coleman, Tax Collector, Assessment District No. 15, was on motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, received and filed. Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Sampson, presented the following resolution and moved its adoption: _ Whereas, in the matter of the proposed Improvements in Assessment District No. 15 the Tax Collector of the Town of Redwood City having reported to the Board of Trustees of said Town and municipality the amount of cash collected and the amount Of installment agree- ments taken; and r Whereas it appears in and by said report that said Tax Collector has collected the sum of :2025.90 assessments paid in full; the sum of $2.90 fractional cents lost by diva- sion of installments; the sum of #863-03 first installment of installment agreements; in- stallment agreements in the aggregate sum of $6630,30, of which amount the first install- ment in the said sum of os63.03, has been paid in cash, leaving due and unpaid on said,in- stallment agreements the sum of $7667.27; and Whereas it now appearing to this Board that it is necessary to raise the sum of #7667,27 in order that the total estimated cost of said proposed improvements and the in- cidental expenses in connection therewith, to -wit, the sum of $10,657,70, be actually in the hands of the Treasurer of said Town; Now Therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, In pursuance of section 18 of ,"The Local Improvement Act of 1901"9 that bonds be issued against the local improvement fund -of Assessment District No. 15 in the aggregate sum of $7667,27; that the number and denomination of said bonds be as follows;. Seven bonds of the denomination of $1000,, and one bond of the denomination of $667.27; that each of said bonds be dated July 1st, 1911; that the term of each of said bonds be 10 years from said date; that the rate of Interest of each of said bonds be sdven (7) per cent. per,ann.um from said date; and Be it •further resolved and ordered that said bonds be issued in the form and by t he officers, and payable in the manner, Provided by section 18 of said "The Local Improvement Act of 1901"; and Be it further resolved and ordered, that said bonds be sold at not less than par to the h1ghest bidder for cash in United states gold coin; and Be it further resolved and ordered thattthe following "Notice of Sale of Honda" be`: given, and that the same be published twice in the. Redwood City Democrat, a weeKly new a- paper,printed,published and circulated in said Town of Redwood CitY, to -wit: a. a ,.
