<br />moved same be approved. Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of J. V. Swift in the matter of the publication of Notice to Contractors,
<br />Center Street Bridge. Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Beeger, moved same be received
<br />and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of J.V.Swift in the matter of publication of Notice to oontractors,for Town
<br />Hall. Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Beeger, moved same be received and filed.

<br />This being the time for receiving bids for Franchise for Street Railroad,the following
<br />bid,accompanied by certified check,amounting to 0100, was :received.

<br />Gentlemen: -
<br />Pursuant to the provisions of the notice of application for sale of
<br />franchise, a printed copy of which is hereto attached, I hereby bid and offer the sum of
<br />One Hundred ($100) Dollar's for the right, privilege and franchise referred to and described
<br />In said notice, and herewith enclose certified check in the said sum of One Hundred ($100)
<br />Dollars pursuant to the provisions o f said notice. ,

<br />Chairman Merrill stated that the Board Was now open for further proposals,4nd it was
<br />th a privilege of anyone to raise the bid. There being no response Trustee Hynding,
<br />seconded by Trustee Sampson, moved the bid of E. F. Fitzpatrick for $100. be accepted and
<br />franchise granted. Kotion carried by the following vote:
<br />Ayes Trustees, Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill.
<br />Noes Trustees, None.
<br />Absent Trustees, None.
<br />Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding, moved that the further hearing in the
<br />matter of Street Railroad Franchise be continued to July 17, 1911,at 8 p.m•• Meanwhile the
<br />matter be referred to Committee on Public Works. Motion carried by the following vote:
<br />Ayes Trustees, Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson, gerrill.
<br />Noes Trustees, None. Absent, Trusteesi None.
