Hynding; <br />Town Clerk, G. C. Plump. <br />Absent Trustees, Carl Beeger, E. H: Sampson. <br />Minutes of meeting held June 26, 1911, read. <br />moved same be approved. Motion carried, <br />• <br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by. Trustee, <br />Affidavit of J.V.Swift,Publisher of the Democrat,in the matter of Publication of <br />Notice to Contractors, on bridges etc., on County Road. <br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved same be received and filed. Motion <br />carried.. <br />Affidavit of D. E.0IKeefe,Publisher of Times-Gazette,in the matter of publication of <br />Notice of time for cash payments,District 16. <br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved same be received and filed.
