<br />Whereas,said board of trustees of the town of Redwood OitY,before proceeding with said.

<br />hearing had been posted and published according to law; and
<br />whereas,said board of trustees of the town of Redwood City did thereupon proceed with

<br />yi itY or town of Redwood City,and said matter having been bare and na1P fully heard and duly
<br />+: considered by said board of trustees,
<br />NOW Therefore,be it resolvedby the board of trustees of the town of Redwood City that
<br />the resolution hereinbefore mentioned and passed and adopted by the board of trustees of
<br />1 the town Of Redwood City on the 7th day Of September 11909 wand being the resolution pro-
<br />vided for in section 5 of "The Local Improvement Act Of .1901," be land the, same Is hereby
<br />confirmed.
