Motion carried. <br />Trustee Rice presented the following resolution and order and moved its adoption. <br />In the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, <br />October 18th, 1909. <br />This being the day,hour and place heretofore fixed by the board of trustees of the <br />town of Redwood City when and where all persons may appear before said board of trustees <br />and show cause,if any they have ,why the improvements provided for by resolutions hereto- <br />fore adopted by this board,in what is known as Assessment District No. 14,should not be <br />Proceeded with,and affidavits of posting and publishing having been filed with this board, <br />and which are now on file and to which reference is hereby made,and it sppearing to said <br />y <br />board of trustees that notice of said hearing has been consplcuoualY posted in more than <br />three of the most public places within the municipality of Redwood Oity,and along the <br />street frontages of all the real property within said district,and at not more than 100 <br />feet in distance apart ,and that said notices were posted at least 20 days before this day, <br />being the time set for said hearing,and that said notices have been publishes twice in the <br />Times-Gazette,a newspaper of general circulation published within the municipality of Red- <br />wood City,(being the municipality in which the improvements heretofore referred to are to <br />be made),and that said puiilieation wars made at least 10 days before this day,the date of <br />said hearing,and it appearing that said notices have been posted and pub101shed in all re- <br />spects as required by law, <br />Now Therefore,it is Ordered by said board of trustees of said town and municipality of <br />Redwood City that notices of said hearing have been posted and published in all respects <br />according to law. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City this 18th day <br />2_9 <br />24 <br />
