Sampson, <br />Town Clerk, G. C. Plump. <br />Absent,Trustee Geo. A. Merrill. <br />Meeting called to order by Town Clerk G.C.Plump. <br />In the absence Of President Geo. A. Merrill t Trustee HYnding, segonded by Trustee Beeger, <br />moved the appointment of Trustee Robot Brown as President pro.tem. Motion carried. <br />Minutes of meeting held July 391911,read and on mttion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by <br />Trustee Beeger,same were approved. <br />Report of Clerk for month ending July 17,1911. Trustee HYnding,seconded' by Trustee <br />Beeger,moved same be received and filed. Motion carried. ' <br />Report of Marshal for month ending July 17,1911.. N.D.G.W.having <br />decided to do something to improve our town, communicated with the town Board of Trustees, <br />regarding California Square,whieh was turned over to us,to improve -as we saw fit. <br />TO have devoted a great deal of time and money toward the improvement of the park,and <br />now feel that we have fulfilled our obligation,to the best of our ability,and desire to <br />
