Plump being fir`it duly, sworn deposes and says; that he <br />Is the duly and regularly elected and acting Town Clerk of the Town of Redwood City; that <br />as such Town Clerk he personally served upon,Robert Brown, 0, J. Hynding, E.,H, Sampson, <br />Carl A. Beeger and Geo. A. Verrill Trustees of the Town of Redwood City notices of a <br />special meeting of the Boardof Trustees of said Town to be held on the 28th day of July, <br />1911 at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. of said day at the Town Half: in Bald Town; that said <br />notices were delivered to said above named Trustees more than 5 hours before the time set <br />for said meeting; that said notices were delivered at the request of the President of -said <br />Board of Trustees and were in the form of the annexed notice. <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me <br />this 28th day Of July, 1911. <br />Albert Mansfield <br />Notary Ahzblic in and for the County <br />of San Mateo, Stateof California. <br />( seal) <br />G.
