<br />Regular adjourned meeting of Board of Town Trustees held.
<br />Roll Call. Present Trustees, President Geo.A.Merrill,RobIt Brown, C.J.HYnding;. Town
<br />Clerk, G.C,Plump.
<br />Absent Trustees, Carl Beeger, E.H..Sampson.
<br />Communication from s.P.R.R.Co. stating that their water bilis average 030,00 per month,
<br />and requesting a reduction in the rate. Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown,moved

<br />that the Clerk notify the CompanY,that if they would meter the Freight Depotand check the
<br />unnecessary water,the Towri would consider the reduction asked for. Motion carried,
<br />Trustee HYnding reported and recommended 'that. the Contractor on County. Road work be
<br />allowed 0250.00 for extra sidewalks on bridges.for four bridges,both sides,and one-half
<br />said of bridge at Main street Extension,nine sides in all, and for benefits derived, in
<br />changes, Contractor to remit #20.- total for all extra sidewalks to amount to $230.00
<br />Trustee Hynding,eeconded by Trustee Brown,. moved said report and recommendation be
<br />adopted. Motion carried..
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved that the Bondsmen for Contractors
<br />McGarvey,Hess & Kreiss,on Dingee Park Work, be released. Motion carried.
