<br />Roll Call. Present Trustees, President Geo. A. Merrill, Carl Seeger, Robot Brpwn,

<br />Minutes of meetings held September 5 and 11, 1911t read. Trustee

<br />by Trustee Brown, moved same be approved. Motion carried.
<br />Monthly reports of Clerk, Marshal, Treasurer, and Superintendent of Streets:
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved said reports be received and filed.
<br />Motion carried.

<br />A communication from property owners on Roosevelt Avenue,in the metter of repairing
<br />said street. Said communication was referred to Superintendent of Streets to repoxt on
<br />necessary repairs and Cost.
<br />The matter of refunding a portion of Mr Schumacher's licenses was denied,he not making
<br />request for same.
<br />The Plumbing Inspector and Marshal were directed to enforce the Plumbing Ordinance.
<br />Application of Fred W. Grimm,for a permit for a Class A liquor license,in place f0rmer-1
<br />ly occupied by Mr Schumacher.
<br />Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved said application be granted. Motion
<br />carried by the following vote:
<br />Ayes Trustees, Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill.

<br />Absent Trustees, None.
<br />Application ofwm, and Frank Maloney for a Class A liquor license,in place formerly oc-
<br />cupied by Geo.Botsch.

<br />Trustee Beeger reported that the Committee had reported favorably on the application
<br />Of Mrs Lila M. Kirkpatrick for the position of Special Clerk at the Town Hall*
<br />Trustee Beeger, seconded by Trustee Brown7 moved that Mrs Lila M. Kirkpatrick be ap-
<br />Pointed Special Clerk at a salary of #50.00 per month, commencing October 1,1911. „Motion
<br />carried by the following vote:
