<br />Resolution fixing the tax rate for the Town of Redwood City for the Fiscal
<br />Year 1911--1912.
<br />Trustee Hynding presented the following resolution and moved its adoption.
<br />Resolved, ,by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,that the rate of taxes
<br />for the fiscal Year 1911-1912,for general municipal purposes,and for the general fund of
<br />said Totvn of Redwood City,upon each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the
<br />property in the Town of Redwood City,be,and the same is hereby fixed at seventy five (75)
<br />cents; and
<br />Be it further resolved,that the rate of taxes for the fiscal Year 1911-1912,upon each
<br />one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property in said Town of Redwood
<br />City,for the payment of the bonded indebtedness of said Town of Redwood CitY,to-wit,for .
<br />the payment of the municipal improvement bonds of 1905 of said Town of Redwood City fall -
<br />Ing due and becoming payable during said fiscal year,together with the interest thereon,
<br />be,and the same is hereby fixed at thirty five (35) cents; and
<br />Be it furtlier resolved.,that the rate of taxes for the fiscal Year 1911-1912 upon each
<br />one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property In said Town of Redwood.
<br />City,for the payment of the bonded indebtedness of said Town of Redwood City,to-wit,for
<br />the payment of the Extension pf the Stater system bonds of said Town falling due and be-
<br />coming payable during said fiscal year,together with the interest. thereon ,be ,and the same
<br />is hereby fixed at eleven (11) cents; and
<br />Be it further resolved, that the rate of taxes for the fiscal year 1911-1912 upon each
<br />one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property in said Town•of Redwood
<br />CitY,for the payment of the bonded indebtedness of said Town of Redwood 01ty,to-wit,for
<br />the payment of the municipal improvement bonds of 1910 of said Town falling due and becom-
<br />ing payable during said fiscal Year,together with the interest thereon,be,and the same is
<br />hereby fixed at seventeen (17) cents; and
<br />Be it further resolved, that the rate of taxes for the fiscal Year 1911-1912 upon each
<br />one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property in said Town of Redwood
<br />City,for the purpose of maintaining the Public Library of said Town of Redwood CitY,be,
<br />and the same is hereby fixed at seven (7) cents and five (5) mills; and
<br />II Be it further resolved, that the rate of taxes for the fiscal year 1911-1912 upon each
<br />Ione hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property in said Town of Redwood
<br />City as said Town of Redwood City existed prior to the 26th day of May,1903pfor the Pur -
<br />Pose of the payment of the bonded indebtedness of said Town of Redwood CitY,to-wit,for the
<br />payment of the sewer bonds of said Town falling due and becoming payable during said fis-
<br />cal Year,together with the interest th.eregn, be, and the same is hereby fixed at twenty
<br />(20) cents; and
<br />Be it further resollved, that the rate of taxes for the fiscal year 1911-1912 upon each
<br />one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the property In said Town of Redwood
<br />City,as said Town of Redwood City existed prior to the 26th day of May, 19031 for the Pur"
<br />Pose of the payment of the bonded indebtedness of said Town of RedApod City,to-wit,for
<br />the payment of the Electric Light bonds of said Town falling due and becoming payable
<br />
