33 <br />Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that Town Clerk be instructed to in= <br />vite bids for laying 7710 feet,more or less,of 12-10-8-6 and 4 inch Cast Iron water mains, <br />Fire Hydrants,Gate Valves and fittings,on Brewster Avenue,Broadway and County Road,in ac- <br />cordance with specifications adopted June 21st 1909,now on file in the office of Town Clerk <br />Motion carried. <br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that the Clerk notify Feldon Waggoner, <br />Civil Engineer that his report,in the matter of Storm Sewer on Chestnut Street,would not be <br />received later than next meeting of the Board. Motion carried. <br />Chairman reports that in absence of meeting of the Board,and with assurance of other <br />members,that he had, accepted in behalf of the Town the Mission Bell recently erected by <br />the Native Daughters on Mound Street and County Road. <br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that action of Chairman be approved. <br />Motion carried. <br />t R <br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that City Attorney be instructed to pre- <br />pare an Ordinance making it a misdemeanor for persons to drive over fire hose with vehicles <br />and automobiles.
