�� <br />district covered by said resolution,by the exterior boundaries thereof,whlch said des- <br />cription was in bold face type; and <br />Whereas,it appears to said board of trustees of the town of Redwood City that said <br />notices were posted at least 20 days before the lath day of October, 1909, the time set for <br />said hearing,and that said notices were published twice in the Times -Gazette ,a newspaper <br />of general circulation published within the municipality or town of Redwood City',at least <br />10 days before the said lath day of October; 1909, the day of said hearing; and <br />Whereas,there has been filed this day with the board of trustees of the town of Red- <br />wood City an affidavit of J.0.1)ickey,and also an affidavit of G. O. Plump, showing due post - <br />Ing of said notices,and also an affidavit of D.E. O'Keefe,the -printer and publisher of the <br />Times -Gazette, showing due publication of said notice; and <br />Whereas,said board of trustees of the town of Redwood Oity,before proceeding with sdic <br />hearing,did enter upon the minutes of its meeting an order reciting that notice of said <br />hearing had been posted and published according to law; and <br />Whereas,said board of trustees of the town of Redwood City did thereupon proceed with <br />said hearing,and no objection having been made or filed with the clerk of the municipality <br />or town of Redwood oity,and said matter having been here and now fully heard and duly Con- <br />sidered by said board of trustees, <br />Now Therefore,be it resolved by -the board of trustees of the town of Redwood City <br />that the resolution hereinbefore mentioned and passed and adopted by the board of trustees <br />of the town of Redwood City on the 7th day of September.1909,and. being the resolution pro- <br />vided for in section 5 of "The Local Improvement Act of 1901," be,and the same is hereby <br />confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted by the board of trustees of the town of Redwood OitY,this lath day <br />of October,1909,bY the following vote: <br />Ayes,and in favor of the passage of this resolution, trustees, <br />Beeger, Brown, Rice, Merrill. <br />Noes,and against the passage of this resolution, trustees, <br />None. <br />Absent, trustees, 0. J. Hynding. <br />Geo. A. Merrill. <br />President of the board of trustees of the town <br />of Redwood City. <br />Attest; <br />G. 0. Plump. <br />Clerk of the town of Redwood City. <br />I hereby approve the foregoing resolution this lath day of October,1909. <br />Geo. <br />President OftA. <br />Merrill <br />heboardOf. <br />trustees of the town <br />of Redwood city. <br />Ohairman reports having taken up the matter of joint use of poles,on Brewster Avenue, <br />with Telephone Company,as expressed at recent meeting of the Board. The Town to have the <br />right to use an equal number of Telephone Company's poles,and the Telephone Company an <br />equal right to use same number of Town's poles. <br />
