Redwood City Cal., March 4th.,19129 7/30 P.M. The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was held. At roll call there weree present, Trustees 9Pre$.Geo.A Merrill, Cari Seeger, Robert Brown C•J.Hynding, E,H.Bampson, and Town Clerk, G. 0; Plump. The minutes of the meeting held Feb.19th. and 26th. ,were read, and upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown and carried the same were approved. p Trustee Hyndi ng presented the following resolution and moved its adoption. IMereas, at a representative meeting of the citizens of the Torn of Redwood City, held on the 26th. day of Rebruary, 1912, a• resolution was passed requesting the Hoard of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City to submit to the qualified voters of said Torn at the general election to be held on the 8th. day of April, 1912, the question, whwther the members of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, and each member thereof, shall receive the sum of $10 per month, compensation for their services as such members; now therefore, Be it Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, That at the general municipal election to be held in said Town of Redwood MY on the 8th. day of April, 19129the following question shall be , and IS hereby submitted to the qualified voters of said Town, to -wit: whether the members of the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood r City, and each member thereof, shall receive the sum of $10 per month compensation for services as such members. Bald question shall appear upon the ballot at said election , and any voter who desires to vote in favor of said proposition may do so by stamping a cross (X) in the voting square after the word "YES' after and opposite the proposition. Any voter desiring to vote against said question or proposition may do so by Stamping a cross (X) in the vot ion square after the word NNO• after and opposite the proposition. Trustee �d seconded the resolution. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, at 4 regular meeting of said Board held on the 4th. day of Yarch9l9129 by the following vote. Ayes, and in favor of the passage of said resolution, Trustees Beeger, Brown, Hynding and Sampson. Noes, and against the passage of said resolution, None. Absent, None. Not vot Town of Redwood City.
