�3J2 <br />ff <br />The Clerk was authorized to advertise for Pound -master, and the <br />Town NarrUll was instructed to take up stray stock on notice given to Clerk. <br />A communication from The Abstract of Title CO.,or San Mateo County <br />was, upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, and carried, referred to <br />the Finance Committee, and City Engineer, A.W.Pioda. <br />The map of Redwood Oaks was laid over until the next meeting. <br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Sampson, and carried <br />the hearing in the matter of street Railway Franchise, was put over until Monday, March <br />1$th.119129 7/30 P.M. <br />Claim #431 of C.H.Woodhams for $289.85 was approved by the Finance <br />Committee and Trustee Hynding moved that the Claim be allowed and a warrant be drawn - <br />on the City Hall Fund for payment of same. Motion seconded by Trustee Sampson, and <br />Carried by thr following vote. Ayes, Trustees Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson and <br />Merrill. Noes, Trustee none. <br />ORDINANCE NO. II2 <br />An Ordinance prescribing the notice of election for General <br />Municipal Election to be held April S'th., 1912, was introduced upon motion of Trustee HyndliJ g': <br />seconded by Trustee Brown, and carried. <br />r <br />ORDINANCE NO. III <br />An Ordinance providing for special bond election Friday, April <br />a] <br />W8 <br />5th., 1912, introduced February 26th., 1912, was upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded W <br />by Trustee Brown, passed and adopted by the following vote. <br />Ayes, Trustees Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill. <br />Noes, Trustee, None.
