<br />Ordinance No. 114,
<br />Trustee HYnding moved the adoption of Ordinance 1149 introduced at. the meeting of
<br />Aptil 1st, 1912.
<br />GRANTING to the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, a railroad Corporation, its
<br />successors and assigns, the right, privilege and franchise, Por the term of fifty Years,
<br />to construct maintain and operate railroad tracks upon that certain property described in
<br />said Ordinance. Recorded on page Ordinance Book No. 2.
<br />Trustee Brown seconded the motion and it was carried by the following vote,
<br />Ayes, and, in favor of the, adoption of the Ordinance,
<br />Trustees, BBeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill.
<br />Noes, and against the adopkion of the Ordinance,
<br />Trustees, None.
<br />Absent, " None.
<br />Ordindnpe No. 115.
<br />Trustee Hynding moved the adoption of Ordinance No.115, introduced at the meeting
<br />held April lat. 1912.
<br />GRANTING The Southern Pacific Company, a railroad Corporation, the right to Chang(
<br />the location of its telegraph poles now located on Pennsylvania Avenits, in the Town of Rewood
<br />City, to the inside of the curb line on the northeasterly side of said Pennsylvania Avenu7
<br />said curb being set six feet from the property line, and to reerect and maintain its said
<br />telegraph poles, together with all -necessary or convenient wires and appurtenances inside
<br />said curb line on the northeasterly line of said Pennsylvania Avenue.
<br />Trustee Brown seconded this motion and it was carried by the following vote.
<br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoRti,on of the ordinance, ,
<br />Trustees, Beeger, Brown, HYnding, Sampson and Merrill.
<br />Noes, and against the adoption of the Ordinance,

<br />Trustee Hynding moved the adoption of Ordinance No. 116,introduced at the
<br />meeting held April lat. 1912.
<br />GRANTING to! the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, a railroad Corporation, the
<br />right to change the location of its telegraph poles now located upon its right of way parallel
<br />to Stafford Street, in the Town of Redwood City, to"the curb line on the westerly side
<br />of said Stafford Street, extending from Rogers Street ( formerly Fourtbenth Street )
<br />to the northwesterly limits of the Town of Redwood CitY, and to reerect and maintain
<br />its said tel with all necessary or convenient wires and
<br />egraph poles, together
