Noes, and against the adoption of the Ordinance , Trustees, None, Absent, " None./ Trustee HYnding also moved the adep44ren of Ordinance No. 116. ORDINANCE NO.116. Granting to the Southern Pacific Company, a Railrd)ad Corporation, the right to change the location of its telegraph poles now located upon its right of way parallel to Stafford street, in the Town of Redwood CitY, to the curb line on the westerly side of sild Stafford Street, extending from Rogers street ( formerly Fourteenth Street ) to the t northeasterly limits of the Town of Redwood City, and to erect and maintain its said-ts1c_- telegraph poles, together with all necessary of convenient wires and appurtenances along said curb line on said westerly line of said Stafford Street, extending from Rogers Stref;r, to the northwesterly limits of the Town of Redwood City. This motion was seconded by Trustee Brown and carried by the following vote, Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of the Ordinance, Trustees . Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill. Noes, and against the adoption of the Ordinance, Trustees, None. Absent, " None. A draft of a deed from the Southern Pacific Company was filed by the Clerk. Trustee Hynding reported in the 'matter of attendance at the meeting of the state Highway Commission in Sacramento, Which was without results as.far as incorporated towns are concerned. The Commission intends to consider only the County Roads outside of incorporated towns. The Committees from the Bay Counties did their utmost to towns throut Which it was to pass. Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown and carried, the Board adjourned to meet Monday, April Sth., 1912 at o'clock P.M. Town Clerk
