358 <br />This motion was seconded bY.Trustee Brown and carried by the following vote, <br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of the Ordinance, <br />Trustees, Baeger, Brown, Sampson, Hynding and Merrill. <br />Noes, and against the adoption of the Ordinance , <br />Trustees, None, <br />Absent, " None./ <br />Trustee HYnding also moved the adep44ren of Ordinance No. 116. <br />ORDINANCE NO.116. <br />Granting to the Southern Pacific Company, a Railrd)ad Corporation, the right to <br />change the location of its telegraph poles now located upon its right of way parallel to <br />Stafford street, in the Town of Redwood CitY, to the curb line on the westerly side of sild <br />Stafford Street, extending from Rogers street ( formerly Fourteenth Street ) to the t <br />northeasterly limits of the Town of Redwood City, and to erect and maintain its said-ts1c_- <br />telegraph poles, together with all necessary of convenient wires and appurtenances along <br />said curb line on said westerly line of said Stafford Street, extending from Rogers Stref;r, <br />to the northwesterly limits of the Town of Redwood City. <br />This motion was seconded by Trustee Brown and carried by the following vote, <br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of the Ordinance, <br />Trustees . Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill. <br />Noes, and against the adoption of the Ordinance, <br />Trustees, None. <br />Absent, " None. <br />A draft of a deed from the Southern Pacific Company was filed by the Clerk. <br />Trustee Hynding reported in the 'matter of attendance at the meeting of the state <br />Highway Commission in Sacramento, Which was without results as.far as incorporated towns <br />are concerned. The Commission intends to consider only the County Roads outside of <br />incorporated towns. The Committees from the Bay Counties did their utmost to towns throut <br />Which it was to pass. <br />Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown and carried, the <br />Board adjourned to meet Monday, April Sth., 1912 at o'clock P.M. <br />Town Clerk <br />
