<br />An Ordinance granting a Rranchise to construct, equip and maintain Street rallway,
<br />over and across certain streets , avenues and highways in the Town of Redwood City, Calif.
<br />prescribing the terms, conditions and obligations thereof;
<br />Presented by Edward F.Fitzpatrick on April 17th. 1911.
<br />Trustee Hynding moved the adoption of the Ordinance No. 113. This was seconded by TruetS4
<br />sampson, and carried by the following vote.
<br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of the Ordinance,
<br />Trustees, Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill,.
<br />Noes, and against the adoption of the Ordinance,
<br />Trustees, None.

<br />On motion of Trustee Hording, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, the City
<br />Attorney was ordered to prepare an ordinance to muzzle dogs in conformity with the
<br />County Ordinancf
<br />A motionby Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Sampson, authorizing the Clerk to
<br />have notices of bond election printed and distributed, and the Marshall to have Election Boot
<br />Booths erected, was carried.

<br />Trustee Hynding moved the adepie of Ordinance No. 114,
<br />ORDINANCE N0.114.
<br />Granting to the Southern Pacific Railroad CompanY, a Railroad Corporation, and
<br />to Its Successors and Assighs, the right, privilege and franchise, for the term of fifty
<br />Years, to construct, maintain and operate railro A tracks upon that certain strip of
<br />land in the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, adjoining
<br />the northerly line of the permanent Way of said Company, said strip having a uniform width,
<br />Of fifteen feet and extending fron the center line of Pine Street 'to the easterly limits
<br />of the Town of Redwood City; and upon that certain strip of land in said Town
<br />adjoining the southerly line of the permanent wail of said CompanY, said strip having a
<br />uniform width of fifteen toot, and extending from the center line of Pine street to the center
<br />line of Willow street; also upon that certain strip of land in said Town adjoining the
<br />northerly line of the permanent way of said Company, said strip having a uniform width
<br />Of twenty feet and extending from the westerly line of Winslow street (formariy Fourth
<br />Street) to the center line of Pain Redwood Creek.
<br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried by the following vote
<br />AYea, and in favor of the adoption of the Ordinance N

<br />Granting to the Southern Pacific Company, a Railroad Corporation, the right to
<br />'h14911 the location of its telegraph poles now located on Pennsylvania Avenue, in the
<br />Town of Redwood City, to the inside of the curb line on the northeasterly 442e side
<br />Of said PsnnsYly ania Avenue, said curb being set six feet from the property line, and to
<br />erect and maintain its said telegrap$ poles, together with all necessaby or convenient
<br />wires and appurtenances inside said curb line on the northeasterly line of said
<br />Pennsylvania Avenue,
