<br />The following bids were received for laying 2,0100 feet, more or less, of
<br />6 inch cast iron water mains on the extension of JcZferson Avenue.

<br />Trustee Hynding moved that the contract be awarded to J,J.Tribolet, and that checks of
<br />unsuccessful bidders be returned. This motion was seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried
<br />by the following vote,

<br />Trustee Hynding moved that the modified old Creek line , for bulk head, as present
<br />by City Engineer Pioda, be accepted. This Motion was seconded by Trustee Deleau and

<br />City Machanical Engineer, Werder, reported that the cost of installing poles,
<br />wires, lights etc on Grant Avenue to Addison Street would amount to 0303.80
<br />On motion -of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Hahir, aad-sa�r ,41 this report was
<br />received and filed and the Mechanical Engineer authorized to purchase materials and
<br />construct the line

<br />Lee Ross, representing Jas.F.Neuman, in the matter of unpaid claims for work
<br />in Districts 15, 16, 17, requested the Board to reconsider former action in denying
<br />the same. On motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, the actio
<br />UP the Board in denying the claims ,was deferred and same be referred to the Board as a
<br />committee of the whole to report at next meeting.
