<br />balance due on the•coritract for installing heating system in the New Towm Hall, was,
<br />upon motion of Trustee HYllding, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, ordered paid.
<br />The improvement of the County Road and Redwood Creek, was discussed with
<br />citizens interested, but no action was taken.
<br />Upon motion of Trustee HYnding seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, the

<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was field. unsucel
<br />Meeting called to order by Town Clerk, G.C.Plump. AT roll call there were
<br />by the
<br />iprtesent;!Trustees, Geo.A.Deleau, Joseph.J.Hahir, C.J.Hynding and E.H.Sampson.
<br />Absent, Trustee Geo.A.Merrill.
<br />In the absence of the President of the Board, Trust400—Geo.A.Merrill,
<br />Trustee HYnding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, moved the appointment of Trustee E.H.Sampson
<br />President pro tem. Motion carried.
<br />The minutes of the meeting held April 29th. 1912, were read , and upon motion oC
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried the same were approved.
<br />A communication from Frank J.Sears , accepting the appointment as Park
<br />Commissioner, was read , and upon motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee
<br />Hynding and carried this communication was received and filed.
<br />A communication from Mrs. t.J.Squires relative to the mosquito pest, was upon
<br />motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried, referred to the Board
<br />of Health.
<br />A communication from Gen.Geo.S.E6ans Relief Corps, extending to the Board an 't
<br />Invitation to attend Memorial exercises on Decoration day,was upon' motion of Trustee
<br />Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried, accepted and filed.
<br />The report of Dr.J.L.Ros9, Health Officer for the Eown of Redwood, was, upon
<br />motion of Trustee HYnding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and aarried, received and filed.
<br />The Oath of Office of James Hannon, Town Recorder, was, upon motion of Trustee
<br />Hynding, seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried, received and filed.
<br />A communic4tion from J.N.winter, Chief of Fire Department, relative to the
<br />needs of the Department, was read. Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee
<br />Hahir, and carried, the Chief was authorized to purchase necessary supplies, wrenches,
<br />washers, hose pipe etc. The matter of furnishing Hose House #1 with a pool table etc.
<br />to be taken up at some future meeting.
<br />The affidavits of the Times Gazette in the matter of publishing Ordinances, No:,
<br />114, 115,and 116, and of J.v.Swift in the matter of publishing notice to Contractors
<br />for laying 2,000 feet of pipe, were , upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustr.e
<br />Hahir, and carried, received and filed.
