<br />The regularAmeeting of the Board of Town Trustees was h9ld.
<br />`Upon roil call there were present, Trustees, Pres -Geo A.Merrill,
<br />aeo.A•Deleau, Joseph J.Hahir, C.J.Hynding, E.H.sampson and Town Clerk, G.C.Plump.
<br />The minutes of the meeting held April 15th. ,1912, fere read.
<br />Trustee Hynding moved that they be approved as read. Motion seconded by Trustee Sampson
<br />and carried.
<br />A communication from District No. 17 Improvemeng Club, naming the
<br />streets proposed to be improved, was, upon motion of Trustee Hynding, Seconded by Trustee
<br />sampson, and carried, received and filed.
<br />Upon motion of Trustee HYnding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried,
<br />the City. Attorney was instructed to draft resolution of intention of District 17 for
<br />next meeting.

<br />John Armenia was granted permission to connect with Town Sewer on the
<br />County Road at his oym expense, upon motion of Trustee Hynding seconded by Trustee
<br />Sampson and carried.
<br />The affidavit of J.V.Swift ,Publisher of the Redwood Oity Democrat,
<br />in the matter of publishing Ordinance NO. 113 , was, upon motion of Trustee HYllding,
<br />by Trustee Deleau, and carried, received and filed.
<br />A communication from south San Fransisco relative to Fourth of July
<br />celebration, was,upon motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee iwndintt, and carried
<br />rncnived and filed and accented with thanks.
<br />A motion introduced by Trustee Deleau that Mechanical Engineer Warder
<br />Prepare and paesent to the Board a special estimate of the -coat of lighting Grant Avenue
<br />to Addison street, was seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried.
<br />e On motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hynding and earriod,
<br />Mr.Frank sears was appointed a Member of the Park Commisslonera, vice Geo.A.Deleau,
<br />resigned,
<br />The Town Olerk to notify Mr. sears.
<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried,
<br />J9288 Hannon was appointed Recorder of the Town of Redwood City.
<br />Trustee Hynding loved the introduction of Ordinance NO. 117,2n
<br />ordinance providing for the bonded indebtedness for thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.)
<br />for the Town of Redwood City, Motion seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried.

<br />On motion of Trustee Hahir, seconded by
<br />Supt• of streets was authorized to purchase wheels for old water wagon.
