Washington Street fron the northern line of East Fuller. street to the sautl�ern line of East Bradford street, It is further resolved and determined by said Board of Trustees, that aerial bones, bearing seven (7) percent interest per annum, and running for nine years from the second day of January next succeeding their date, shall be issued to represent the assessments of twenty-five (25) dollars or over, for the costs of any work or improvements herein kantioned. The Clerk shall cause this"Resolution of Intention"to be published twice in the Times -Gazette, a weekly newspaper, published, printed and circulated in said Town, and leraby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. That the Superintendent of Streets shall immediately cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements land in front of all the property liable to be assessed, notices of the passage s of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law. All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of An Act of the Legi; 3atul.L of the State of California, designated as the Improvement Act of 191109 approved April 7th,, 1911.
