U <br />0 <br />373 <br />of tYashington Street, excluding all street intersection,. <br />East Bradford Street from the eastern line of <br />Winslow Street to the eastern <br />. line of Washington S ree , excluding all street intersection.. <br />Washington Street fron the northern line of East Fuller. street to the sautl�ern <br />line of East Bradford street, <br />It is further resolved and determined by said Board of Trustees, that aerial bones, <br />bearing seven (7) percent interest per annum, and running for nine years from the second <br />day of January next succeeding their date, shall be issued to represent the assessments of <br />twenty-five (25) dollars or over, for the costs of any work or improvements herein <br />kantioned. <br />The Clerk shall cause this"Resolution of Intention"to be published twice in <br />the Times -Gazette, a weekly newspaper, published, printed and circulated in said Town, <br />and leraby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. <br />That the Superintendent of Streets shall immediately cause to be conspicuously <br />posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements land in front of all the <br />property liable to be assessed, notices of the passage s of this Resolution of Intention <br />in the manner and form required by law. <br />All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of An Act of the Legi; 3atul.L <br />of the State of California, designated as the Improvement Act of 191109 approved April 7th,, <br />1911. <br />Trustee Deleau seconded tthe motion to adopt the foregoing Resolution of Intention. <br />�assad. and 'adoptd(L by'. the Berard of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, at a regular adjourned <br />meeting of said Board, held on the 13th, day of May, 1912, by the following vote, <br />Ayes, and in favor of the passage of said resolution, <br />Trustees, Hynding, Deleau and Merrill. <br />Noes, and against the passage of the said resolution, <br />Trustees, None. <br />Absent, Trustees, Hahir and Sampson. <br />Attest , <br />George A.Merrill, <br />President of the Board of Trustees <br />of the Town of Redwood City. <br />G. 0. Plump , <br />Clerk of the Town of Redwood City. <br />I hereby approve the foregoing resolution thjs 13th. day of May, 1912• <br />Geo.A.Marrill, <br />president of the Boara of Trustees <br />of the Town of Redwood City - <br />Trustee Hynding presented the*following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />RESOLVED; <br />That the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City.give and cause to be published a <br />'otic" of sale of municipal bonds oi' said Town in the amount of thirty thousand (300000) <br />dollars, being bonds to be issued for certain municipal improvements in said Town. ,in <br />pursuance Of a special election held in said Town on the 5th, day. of April, 1912, said <br />notice to be published for two weeks in the Redwood City Democrat, a weekly newspaper <br />published and printed in said Town. <br />
