<br />on the 13th. ,day of May, 1912, to which, reference is made for further particulars.
<br />The Board of Trustees of said Town will issue serial bonds bearing 7 per
<br />cent per annum, interest, and running for nine (9) Years from the second day of
<br />January next succeeding their date to represent the assessments of twenty_five(25)
<br />dollar's or over for the cost of any work or improvements herein mentioned.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />tris 17th. dtly of June, 1912, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes, and in favor of the passage of said resolution,
<br />Trustees, Deleau, Hahir, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill.
<br />Noes, and against the passage of said resolution,

<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET
<br />WORK, UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.1.
<br />RESOLVED,
<br />That the plana, profiles, Specifications and estimate$ for the
<br />construction of oiled_ macadam on Alden Street, Brewster Avenue, Fuller street, Bradford
<br />Street, ?Marshall Street, Winslow Street, Hamilton street, Webster Street, warren Street
<br />Allerton Street, East Marshall Street, East Fuller Street, East Bradford Street and
<br />Washington Street, for the distances and width as set forth in Resolution of Intention
<br />No. 1� passed and adopted May 13th., 1912, as prepared by the Town Engineer of said
<br />Town and submitted this 17th. day of June,191a, be, and the same are hordbY adopted as an
<br />for the plans, specifications, profiles and estimates for doing said work.
