RESOLVED, of Redwood City did, ,, That whereas, the Board of Zrustees Of the Town ?: to order hereinafter on the l3th.day of May,l9l2, pass its Resolution of Intention NO.l, `, described work to be done and improveitnients to be made in said. Town, which Resolution of ;._ Intention was duly and legally pw:clished as required by law as appears from tile -;' affidavit of J.E.Harris, now on file in the office of the Town Clerk of said. Town; t and, WHERE AS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention NO.l, headed °NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENTt+, were duly and legally Posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements, and in front of all the Property liable to be assessed therefor In manner and form as required by law as appears from the affidavit of J.C.Dickey, Street Superintendent of said Town, who, upon the completion of said notices, forthwith filed said affidavit in the office of the Town Clerk?*making known that he completed the filing of said notices on the 28th.day of May, 1912, and WHEREAS, .More than fifteen days has expired since the date of the second publication of said Resolution of Intention Na.11 as the completion of the posting of said notices of inn Improvements.
