<br />The reM ar adjourned meeting was � halt of the Board of Town Trusts
<br />Upon 1�011 call there were present, Trustees, Pres.Geo.A.Merrill
<br />1woA.Deleau, J.J.1-lahir, C.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk, G.C.Plump.
<br />Upon motion. of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried,
<br />the heading of the minutes of the last meeting was postponed until the next meeting.
<br />Night-watchman, J.J.McGlynn, presented his resignationwhich was accepted
<br />logon motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried.
<br />The following applications for the position of Night-watchmsn were
<br />(presented, Maurice Swift, F.E.'George, H.A.Mansfield, R.svihus, C.Cofiori and James Kerr.
<br />9n motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, the foregoing applicatioi!-
<br />,,,,received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />A communication from Jas.V.Neuman was read, also resolution relative to
<br />unsettled claims, but no action was taken by the Board. .
<br />Trustee Hynding reported that he had purchased several loads of dirt for
<br />filling Webster Street Bridge, at seventy-five cents per load. Trustee Hahir moved
<br />that, the action of Trustee Hynding be -approved. Motion seconded by Trustee Deleau and
<br />carried.
<br />Claim #625 of the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. for lighting Streets, Town
<br />for the month of May
<br />Hall, Fire Houses ets, amounting to $73.80to waaf'approve4,by the Finance Committee,
<br />and on motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, the same
<br />,as ordered paid.
<br />The following permits for a Class A liquor license , were presented .
<br />Larrouy Bros., Limbaugh & Flynn, Maloney Bros., John Meyer, E.F.Schumacher and H.S.Sears.
<br />The foregoing applications were laid over from previous meeting, and the applicants
<br />appeared in person to show cause why they should be granted licenses.
<br />The Board stated that the ordinances must be enforced in the future.and no more licenses
<br />mould be &Waited if complaints were continued.
<br />Upom motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried -the foregoing.
<br />applications were granted.
<br />ORDINANCE NO.119
<br />An Ordinance to the incurring of bonded indebtedness to the amount of
<br />twenty-five thousand (025,000) dollars, introduced June 17th.,19121
<br />Trustee Hynding moved to adopt Ordinance No.119. seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried
<br />by the following vote,
<br />Ayes, Trustees Deleau, Hahir, Hynding Sampson and Merrill.
<br />Noes, a None.
<br />Absent , �� None.
<br />The City Attorney was instructed to notify property owners on Phelps
<br />Street near Buckeye, to construct cement side -walks.
