<br />WHEREAS,
<br />It appears that there is an irregularity in the APecifiaatlonswhich
<br />mink affect the; assessments, and,
<br />WHEREAS,
<br />It appears to said Board of Trustees thst said irregularity should be
<br />remedied,
<br />Not THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,bY the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />that the Resolution of said Board passed and adopted on the 17th•.day of June, 1912,
<br />ordering the Town Engineer to peepare plans, and specifications for the construction of
<br />macadam and oil streets and avenues upon the streets and avenues named in said
<br />Resolution, be and the same is hereby repealed, annulled , set aside and made of no force
<br />and effect, and,
<br />led BE IT FURHTM RESOLVED that the Resolution of said Board of Trustees passed and adopted
<br />on the 17th. day of June, 1912, adopting the plans, priflies I specifications -and estimates
<br />Submitted by the Town Engineer for macadamizing and oiling certain streets and avenues
<br />named in said Resolution, be and the sane is hereby repealed, annulled, set aside and made
<br />of no force and errect, and
<br />BE IT FURHTER RESOLVED that the Resolution passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees
<br />of said Town, ordering the maeadamtzing and oiling of Alden Street, Brewster Avenue, Fulle�'
<br />street, Bradford Street , Marshall Street Winslow' Street, Hamilton Street, Webster Street,
<br />Warren Street , Allerton Street, East Marshall Street, East Bradford Street, East Fuller
<br />Street and Washington Street for the length and width mentioned in said Resolution, be,
<br />and the same is hereby repealed, adaillled, set aside and made of no force and effect.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Tpusteos of the Town of Redwood City
<br />at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 1st. day of July, 1912, by the
<br />following vote,
<br />Ayes, and in favor of the passage of said Resolution,
<br />Trustees, Deleau, Hahir, HYnding, Sampson and lderrill.
<br />Noes, and against the passage of said Resolution,
<br />Trustees-, None.
