I . <br />APProv • • . <br />Trustee Hynding moved the introduction of Ordinance No.11S <br />do Ordinance Bixin',:' water rates and regulating the collection thereof. ]lotion was sec <br />by Trustee Deleau and. carried. <br />Trustee Hahir introduced the following Resolution and moved its eoption, <br />Seconded by Trustee Hynding. <br />WHEREAS, <br />James V.Neuman has heretofore presented claims against the Town of <br />Redwood City for services rendeAed by him as engineer of said Town, which amount in the <br />aggregate to over fourteen hundred dollars; and <br />WHEREAS , • <br />in order to amicably adjust such claims, said James V.Neuman haib agreed <br />to accept the sum of one thousand dollars in full payment of all claims and demands <br />that he may have against said Town of Redwood City; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, <br />that the claims of said James V.Neuman be, and the <br />same are hereby allowed and approved for the sum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars. <br />The same being in full payment of all claims and demands of. every kind and character <br />by said James V.Neuman against said Town of Redwood City, and said claims are hereby rejec. <br />as to any furhter amount, and that a warrant for the sum of one thousand ($1,000) ,dollars <br />x <br />be drawn, in favor of said James V.Neuman, at such time as funds may be available therefor. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Truatees. of the Town of Redwood City, <br />by the following.vote, <br />Ayes, Trustees, Deleau, Hahir, HYnding, Hampson and Marrill. . <br />Noes, Trustees, None. 11 <br />Absent, Trustees, None.. <br />The following claims were presented by James V.Neuman for the amounts of <br />$6101 0526. 30, $245.
