<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was held..
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, Geo.A.Deleau, J.J.Hahir, C.J.iiyndinC
<br />E.H.Sempson and Town Clerk G.C.Plump. Absent, Pres. Geo.A.1:err111.
<br />In the absence of Pres.B.errill, the meeting was called to order by Town Clerk,
<br />G.O.Plump. Trustee Hynding moved, seconded by Trustee Hahir, that Tfustee Sampson be a
<br />appointed temporary Chairman. Motion carried.
<br />The minutes of the meeting held July 1st., 1912, were read , Upon motion Of.
<br />Trustee Hynding, sc,condbd by Trustee Deleau and carried, the same were approved.
<br />The reports of the Clerk. Marshall.Treasurer, and Street Supt. were received
<br />and upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded. by Trustee Deleau and carried, were f1led.
<br />The affidavit of J.V.Swift, Publisher of the Redwood City Democrat, in the Mattel of _
<br />publishing Delinquent Tqx List, was received and filed, on motion of Trustee Hynding,
<br />seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried.
<br />The affidavit of G.C.Plump, inthe matter of posting Notices of Street Workwas
<br />received and filed, upon motion of Trustee Hyndil,g, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carriec.
<br />Tile affidavit of J.V.Swift, Publisher of tile Redwood City Democrat, in the
<br />matter .of publishing Notice to Contractors, Proposals for Street work, was received and
<br />filed upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried..
<br />The affidavit of D.E.O'Keefe, Publisher of The Times -Gazette, in the matter of
<br />publishing Notice to Contractors, Proposals for Street Work, was received. and, filed
<br />on motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried.
<br />The following bids were received for macadamizing, oiling, grading etc., of certain
<br />streets in the Town of Redwood City.
