<br />The above and foregoing Resolution of Intention was passed and adopted by the Board
<br />of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, at a
<br />regular meeting of said Board of Trustees held on the 15th.d.ay of July, 1912, by the folloving
<br />vote, Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of the Resolution
<br />Trustees, Deleau, Hahir, Hynding and Sampson.
