<br />said G.G.Blymyer & Company has offered for said 0,25,000 in bonds, the sum
<br />of $25,007.50 and accrued interest, which sum is more than the par value thereof, and in

<br />the judgement of this Board it is for the best interests of the Townthat said offer be accepted
<br />RE IT RESOLVED,
<br />that said $25,000 in bonds be sola to tho said G.G•.Rlymyer & Compa.ly
<br />for the sum of 025,007.50 and accrued interest, and the Treasurer of said Town be, and
<br />Is hereby authorized and empowered to deliver said bonds to the said G.G.Blymyer & Company
<br />upon payment of said sum.

<br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of the Resolution,
