<br />approved, upon motion of Trustee Hahir, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried.
<br />The reports of the Marshall, Clerk, Treasurer, Supt. Of Streets, and}teehanical
<br />g�gineer, were read, and upon motion. of Trustee Hahir, seconded by Trustee tempaon, and
<br />carried, were received. and placed on Pile:
<br />A communication was read from E.F. Fitzpatrick, calling the attention -of the
<br />Board to the matter of. closing portions of Beech Street crossing Stambaugh Street.
<br />Upon motion of Trustee,Hahir, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried , the communication
<br />was received, filed and referred to the City Attorney. ,
<br />The following Resolution was introduced by Trustee Deleau who moved its
<br />i
<br />adoption, seconded by Trustee Sampson.
<br />AHEREAS,
<br />A. J. Brown and Lois Brown, his Wife, have this day presented to the
<br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood, City, State of California, a certain map entitled
<br />oRoosevelt Oaks, Wooster, Whitton and Montgomery subdivision, Lot 0, Redwood Farms
<br />and said map being in all respects prepared as required by law, now
<br />e• TH�REFORE,
<br />be .it resolved that the following pubic c street upon said map, dellRad
<br />delineated and set forth , to—wit: Davis Street be, and the same is accepted on behalf
<br />of the public by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City as dedicated to
<br />public use; and the Clerk of this Board is directed to indorse upon said map, said
<br />acceptance.
<br />AnD BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
<br />that this Resolution be adopted and said map accepted
<br />A
<br />upon and subject to the express condition that the Town of Redwood City does not hereby
<br />become responsible or liable for any cost, charge or dxpense either for grading, macadami2I
<br />e
<br />or for any other road purposes as to said Street , this condition as to the incurring of
<br />costs, charges or expenses being left to the discretion of future Boards oII Trustees.
<br />No one of said Boards of Trustees or any member thereof, or said Town of
<br />Redwood City, shall ever be liable to damages in any sum or amount arising by or through
<br />any defect of any kind in said Street.
<br />The foregoing Resolution was adopted by the following mote.

<br />Upon motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, the City
<br />Attorney was. directed to draft an ordinance changing the name of that portion of Main Stre(11
<br />to be
<br />trom;tthfe corner of Mound to the County Road, to Beeger Street, and bound street
<br />namedMaIn Street. '
<br />Trustee Sampson moved the introduction of Ordinance N0. 120► an ordinance
<br />providing for the muzzling of dogs running at large. Motion was second0d by Trustee Hari1r,
<br />Pd carried.
<br />The Clerk was directed to communicate With the County Board of Supervisors
<br />relative to some cooperative method for dealing with the mosquito held
<br />nuisance*
