r Redwood City. August 12th.,1912, a o1cloMk,p�M The regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was he,d, Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, Pres, Goo. A.Merrill, Goo.A.Deleau, J.J.Hahir, C.J.Hynding. E.R.Samp.son and Town Clerk, G.C.Plump. The affidavit of J.V.Swift in the matter of publishing Notice of application for liquor license of W.Thompson and J.Hughes, was presented and upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried, received and filed. The application of W.Thompson and J.Hughes, for a permit for a Class A liquor l license, accompanied by bond, - was presented. Mr.J.williamson, the present holder of the license, addressed the Board relative to the granting of the license to Messrs Thompson and Hughes, stating that the transfer was agreeable to him, and that he would -not have any further claim on license in question. on motion of Trustee Hyhding, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, A Class A liquor license was granted to W.Thompson and J.Hugties, and the license heretof)re granted to J.Williamson, was cancelled. No rebate to be granted by the Board and parti)s to settle all matters connected with the transfer among themselves. A communication was read from the San hateo County Development Association relative to further donations of twenty-five dollars per month. On motion of Trustee HYnding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, the donation of twenty-five dollars per month is to be con "tinued from month to month, same to be discontinued at any time. Motion seconded by TVustee HYnding and carried. upon, becog Gn motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hahir and carried, the Superiistende of streets was authorized to lay 600 feet of 4 inch water mains on Warren and Allerton or Pd Streets, and 200 feet of sewer on Alden Street. coats The Superintendent of streets was directed to notify property owners to Redac lay cement curbs where not already laid in Eastern Addition, district formerly called any d District NO.16.
