r <br />Redwood City. August 12th.,1912, a o1cloMk,p�M <br />The regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was he,d, <br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, Pres, Goo. A.Merrill, Goo.A.Deleau, <br />J.J.Hahir, C.J.Hynding. E.R.Samp.son and Town Clerk, G.C.Plump. <br />The affidavit of J.V.Swift in the matter of publishing Notice of application <br />for liquor license of W.Thompson and J.Hughes, was presented and upon motion of Trustee <br />Hynding, seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried, received and filed. <br />The application of W.Thompson and J.Hughes, for a permit for a Class A liquor l <br />license, accompanied by bond, - was presented. <br />Mr.J.williamson, the present holder of the license, addressed the Board relative to the <br />granting of the license to Messrs Thompson and Hughes, stating that the transfer was <br />agreeable to him, and that he would -not have any further claim on license in question. <br />on motion of Trustee Hyhding, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, <br />A Class A liquor license was granted to W.Thompson and J.Hugties, and the license heretof)re <br />granted to J.Williamson, was cancelled. No rebate to be granted by the Board and parti)s <br />to settle all matters connected with the transfer among themselves. <br />A communication was read from the San hateo County Development Association <br />relative to further donations of twenty-five dollars per month. <br />On motion of Trustee HYnding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, the donation of twenty-five <br />dollars per month is to be con "tinued from month to month, same to be discontinued at any time. <br />Motiom carried. <br />was <br />"Root <br />and I <br />i <br />The matter of the Map of Roosevelt Oaks was laid over until the next meeting. of <br />Trustee Sampson introduced a motion that the Clerk be directed to n6tifY hbldeL°s <br />accep <br />of Class A liquor licenses not to sell intoxicants , as provided in Ordinances Nos. <br />67 qnd 60, to J.E.Oliver, G.Rockwell, and John Daley.
