I <br />Redwood City, August5th., 1912, 8 o'clock P.M. <br />The regular meeting ot the Board of Town Trustees was held. <br />upon roll call there were present Trustees, Pres, aeo.A.Merrill, a.A.De1eau, <br />red Hahir. C.J.HYnding, E.H.Sampsonand Town Clerk, a.C.Plump.. <br />p <br />The minutes of the meetings held July 15th.. and- 17th. were read and approved <br />y on motion of Trustee Hynding , seconded by .Trustee Deleau and carried. <br />Health officer, Dr.J.b.Ross addressed the -Board relative to the drainage of Rail- <br />. road Property , mosquito nuisance and the necessity of a dog muzzling ordinance. <br />Trustee Sampson moved , seconded by Trustee Deleau, that the City Attorney <br />y <br />draw up an ordinance prohibiting the running at large , Of dopa in the City limits,. <br />unless provided with the proper muzzle. Motion carried. <br />The petition to change the name of Mound Street to Main Street, Was referred to <br />nd <br />the City Attorney. <br />Trustee Hynding, Chairman of the Public Yorks 6ommittee, reported that he <br />had conferred with the County Board of supervisors in the matter of street- work on the <br />t Courthouse block, and that Supervisor McEvoy had agreed to have said street paved with <br />asphaltum if property owners fronting would agree to pay three dollars per front foot. <br />sues and that the County Would paY the balance of the cost. <br />Lon upon motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried the'Clerk <br />was directed to notify J. Williamson and the prospective purchasers of his business, <br />to appear before the Board at the nest meeting, August 12th. 1912 at 8 01 clock P.M., in <br />the matter of transfer of Class A liquor license. <br />Upon motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hahir and carried, the Clerk <br />was directed to notify all Class A liquor dealers not to sell or furnish intoxicants <br />to James Ayres and Manuel Azevedo, as provided in Ordinance. <br />The Clerk was authorized to subscribe for Municipal Engineering. Magazine. <br />Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried, `� ham' <br />the Supt of Streets was authorized to appoint an inspector for Street TOrk,ADistrIat j 17. <br />Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried, the meetilg <br />I <br />adjourned until August 12th. .1912 at 8 o'clock, PX - <br />Town Clerk <br />C <br />
