Absent, Trustee E.H.Sampson. <br />The minutes of the meeting held Dee.16th.,1912, were read and upon motion of Trustee <br />seconded by Trustee Hynding, the same were approved as read. <br />Dr.J.Z.Ross, Health Officer, presented his report for the year 1912, and discussed <br />with the Board matters of interest to the health of the community, and the eradication <br />of the Mosquito Nuisance. Said RePO'J?t was received and filed. <br />On motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hahir and carried, Supt.of Streets, <br />J X .Dickey was authorized to make the necessary arrangements to pump water off from the <br />marsh lands, and to purchase * dozen knapsack pumps. <br />4139 <br />eau, <br />The Supt.of streets reported that Chadwick Land Sykes have completed in a thoroughly <br />satisfactory manner, the roadway of Broadway, from the County Road to Hopkin's Avenue <br />and Elwood Street, and of Hopkin's Avenue, from Elwood Street to Nevada Street, <br />In accordance with the specifications especially prepared for that work and adopted by <br />this Board, September16th.11912. On motion of TrusteeHynding, seconded by Tru9tee Rah <br />Hahir, it was resolved that the roadway of Broadway from the County Road to Hopkin's <br />Avenke and Elwood Street, and of Hopkin's Avenue from Elwood Street to Nevada Street, <br />be accepted as a finished oil -macadam roadway; Motion carried. <br />e <br />
