440 <br />31LOn motion of Trustee Delesu, seconded by Trustee Hyndingand carried, the Supt of <br />1� <br />Streets and City Engineer, were authorized to replace the present surveyor's monument <br />om the Palgas line, at the corner of Holder and Main Streets. <br />ORDINANCE NO 129. <br />An Ordinance to prevent the building of fires upon asphaltum or <br />oiled macadam roadway, in the Town of Redwood City. <br />Trustee Hahir moved the introduction of above OVdinance, motion seconded by Trustee <br />Hynding and carried. <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION. <br />Resolution of Intention, <br />of the Hoard of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, to <br />close and vacate Avenue Del Ora, from its intersection of Myrtle Street southerly, for a <br />distance of 340 Peet in said Town of Redwood City. <br />It is hereby Resolved, <br />,by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, state of California,that the public interest and public convenience requires, and it <br />Is the intention now declared by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, to order the closing and vacating , as a <br />public highway of that portion of Avenur Del Ora, in said Town of Redwood'City, <br />bounded and more particularly described as follows to -wit: <br />That portion of Avenue Del Ora beginning at the intersection of Avenue Del Ora with <br />Myrtle street, and running thence southerly along said Avenue Del Ora, a distance of 340 <br />Peet for the full width thereof, as said Avenue Del Ora is shown and designated upon <br />that certain map entitled "Eagle Hill Villa Tract, Subdivision NO.21111, now on file in <br />the office of the County Recorder, County of San Mateo, state of California. <br />That it is unnecessary to levy an assessment to provide for the proposed work of vacating <br />and closing said portion of Avenue Del Ora hereinbefore described, or any part or portion <br />thereof. <br />And notice is hereby given that all persons interested and ob jetting to the closing <br />and vacating of said hereinbefore described Avenue, or any part or portion thereof as <br />aforesaid,are hereby notified to file their objections in writing in the office of and <br />.4 <br />With the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, as Clerk of said Board of Trustees of said <br />Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of Californiam as required by law. <br />And the said Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to publisa <br />this Resolution of Intention once a week for a period of four successive weeks in the <br />Redwood City Democrat, a weekly newspaper*sof general circulation, printed and published in said <br />Town of Redtood City as required by law. <br />And the Redwood City Democrat, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed and <br />Published in said Town of Redwood City, is hereby designated as the paper in which to J <br />Publish the notice required by law to be given and published by the Superintendent of <br />Streets of said Town of Redwood City, in relation to the work of improvement hereinabove <br />referred to and described , to -wit: The closing and vacating as a public highway of thatPeP44' <br />portion of Avenue Del Ora lying between the intersection of laid Avenue Del Ora and Myrtle Street <br />to a point on said Avenue Del Ora,' 340 feet southerly from its Intersection with Myrtle <br />Street in the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California. <br />
