<br />A special meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was held.
<br />Upon roll call there were yresent, Trustees, Pres. Geo.A.Merrill, 9 Geo.A.D,eleau,
<br />Jos.J.Hahir, C:.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk, G.C.Plump. ,
<br />The following affidavit of G.C.P1umP was presented.

<br />G.C.Plump, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That during all the
<br />times herein mentioned, and for more than two years last passed, he has been and now is
<br />Vhe duly elected , qualified and acting Town Clerk of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />County of San Mateo, State of California, and that on the 28th. day of January, 1913, he
<br />personally served upon a.J.Hynding, George A.Deleau, E.H.Sampson, J.J.Hahir and 6eo.A.Merr1ll,
<br />members of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, a notice calling a sp6mlal meeting
<br />of said Board, Which notice was a true copy of the original hereto attached and made a part; there
<br />and that said notices were served a s aforesaid more than two hours before the time at which said
<br />special meeting was called and fixed by said notice.

<br />Will be held at the Town Hall 1n said Town of Redwood City, on Tuesday the 28th.day of January
<br />1913, at the hour of 7/1� P.M., for the purpose of taking such action as may be deemed
<br />necessary regarding the appearance among the dogs in said Town, of the disease of Rabies.

<br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE MUZZLING OF DOGS IN THE TOWN OF REDWOOD CITY.
<br />Introduced August 19th.,1912.
<br />Trustee Hynding moved the adoption•o f the ordinance. Motion seconded by
<br />Trustee Sampson and carried by the following vote.
<br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoptiion of the ordinance,
<br />Trustees Deleau, Hahir, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill.
<br />Noes, and against the adoption of the ordinance,
<br />Trustees, None.
