Ge.A.MerrillI Geo.A.Deleau, J.J.Hahir <br />C.J.Hynding and Town Clerk, G.C.Plump. Absent, Trustee Sampson. <br />The minutes of the regular me6ting held January 20th. 1913. and of the special mebting <br />held January 28th. 1913, were read, and upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Truste <br />Deleau, and carried, the same were approved as read. <br />Poundmaster E.V.shine presented hid resignation to take effect as soon as his successor <br />should be appointed. On motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried <br />the same was received and filed. <br />r <br />H.D.MaGarvey presented the following application for acceptance of road work. <br />Honorable Board of Trustees, <br />Gentlemen, <br />I do hereby notify your Honorable Board <br />that I have completed Jefferson Avenue from the County Road to Adams street, according <br />to plans and specifications. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />H.D.McGarvey. <br />Trustee Hynding moved that, upon recommendation and instruction of street Supt. Dickey, <br />the same be accepted. Motion seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried. <br />The affidavit of G.C.Plump , Town Clerk, in the.matter of notifying Boards of Election <br />appointed to conduct Bond Election , January 24th, 1913, was received and filed , upon mot <br />of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried. <br />The affidavit of J.V.swift, Publisher, Redwood City Democrat, in the matter of publishing <br />Ordinance NO. 127, an Ordinancecalling a special election, January 24th., 1913, was <br />`ffI' received and filed upon motion of Trust a Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried. <br />This being the time fixed for the canvassing of the returns of the special Election <br />held in the Town of Redwood city on the 24th. day of January, 19139 Which said election <br />was held pursuant to notice of said election, duly given and published as required by law <br />and, the order of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City; the Board then <br />JI <br />examined the returns as delivered by the Clerk and found the same properly sealed. <br />IN <br />
