Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, Pros. Ge.A.MerrillI Geo.A.Deleau, J.J.Hahir C.J.Hynding and Town Clerk, G.C.Plump. Absent, Trustee Sampson. The minutes of the regular me6ting held January 20th. 1913. and of the special mebting held January 28th. 1913, were read, and upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Truste Deleau, and carried, the same were approved as read. Poundmaster E.V.shine presented hid resignation to take effect as soon as his successor should be appointed. Honorable Board of Trustees, Gentlemen, I do hereby notify your Honorable Board that I have completed Jefferson Avenue from the County Road to Adams street, according to plans and specifications. Respectfully submitted, H.D.McGarvey. Trustee Hynding moved that, upon recommendation and instruction of street Supt. Dickey, the same be accepted. Motion seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried. The affidavit of G.C.Plump , Town Clerk, in the.matter of notifying Boards of Election appointed to conduct Bond Election , January 24th, 1913, was received and filed , upon mot of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried. The affidavit of J.V.swift, Publisher, Redwood City Democrat, in the matter of publishing Ordinance NO. 127, an Ordinancecalling a special election, January 24th., 1913, was `ffI' received and filed upon motion of Trust a Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried. This being the time fixed for the canvassing of the returns of the special Election held in the Town of Redwood city on the 24th. day of January, 19139 Which said election was held pursuant to notice of said election, duly given and published as required by law and, the order of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City; the Board then JI examined the returns as delivered by the Clerk and found the same properly sealed.
