It is heregy resolved by the Board of 2rustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, that the public interest and public convenience rltgttires and it is the intention now declared by the Board of Trustees of the Town. of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, to. order the closing and vacating as public highways , of those portions of Brewster Avenue and Nevada street in said Town of Redwood City, bounded and more particularly described as follows, to -wit; That portion of Nevada Street for the full width thereof, from its intersection With the easterly line of Hopkins Avenue if extended across said Nevada Street to the southerly end of said Nevada Street as said Street is shown and delineated upon the. official map of Dingee Park now on file in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Mateo, :.;;-ct State of California.
