<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was held.

<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees Pres.Geo.A,Merrill, Geo.A.Deleau, J.J.Hahi.
<br />C,J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk G. C.Plump.
<br />The minutes of the meeiing-held March 13th; and March 17th, were read, and upon motto
<br />of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried, the same were approved as re
<br />C.H.Choate addressed the Board relative to having certain macadam sidewalks ommitted
<br />from the proposed sidewalk improvement Resolution of Intention.

<br />Trustee Hynding moved that the sidewalks on west side of Jackson street, from R.R.rig
<br />of way to County Road, and Franklin Street, from Jefferson Ave, to Jackson street, both
<br />be omitted frost proceedings. and matter of all other sidewalks be 4attr- referred to the
<br />street Committee. Notion seconded by Trustee,Hahir and carried.
<br />Upon motion of Trustee Hynding seconded by,Trustee Deleau and carried, the Town
<br />Treasurer was authorized to have bonds printed in the matter of unpaid assessments
<br />against property owners under Resolution of Intention No.l, A.Teichert & sons,
<br />Contractors, the same not to exceed one hundred (#100) dollars in price; the Town to pay
<br />the expense of printing said bonds, and the Contractor to file with the Town Clerk a
<br />release releasing the Town from any responsibility for payment of bonds after issued.
