<br />The minutes of the meetings held on April 7th, and 16th, were read, and, upon motion
<br />of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hynding, and carried, the same were approved.

<br />Communications from w.w,Beeson, Mrs,-A,J.West, aeo.Beer, and H.Kruger, relative to the
<br />Privilege of constructing their own aldewalk cement sidewalks and curbs, and have the sa
<br />omitted from the.Resolution of Intention, was, upon motion of Truatee Hynding,,Seconded
<br />4 Trustee Deleau and carried, granted.

<br />Supt.of Str.ets , were received and filed upon motion of Nrustee Deleau, seconded. by Tru
<br />ort Hynding and carried,
<br />j The following.bids were received for constructing nine -foot fence at flood gates on
<br />Broadway, the Town to furnish all material,
<br />C.Cussin, 437.50. Daly & Mackenzie, 15,00.
<br />Upon motion of Trustee Hahir, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, the contract
<br />was awarded to Daly & Mackenzie; and the Supt of Streets autFiorized to purchase the n
<br />material.

<br />The applicatlon of the Redwood City Hotel Co. for a permit for a'Class A liquor
<br />license , accompanied by bond, Recommendation and Affidavit of Publishing Notice of
<br />Application, was granted upon motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by TA1ustee:iiYnding and carried
<br />Whereas certain property owners have asked for permission to construct their own
<br />sidewalks and cufb3, included in Resolution of Intention N0.2, Trustee Hynding moved, s =nded
<br />by Trustee Hahir, that Resolution of Intention No.2, be rescinded.,
