<br />Regular meeting Board of Town Trustees held.
<br />Roll Call. Present Trustees,Presid.ent Geo.A.Merrill,Robt.Brown,C.J.Hynding,T.C.Rice.
<br />Town Clerk,G.C.Plump. Absent,Trustee Carl Beeger.
<br />Minutes of meetings November 15th and 17•th.1909,read.• On motion of Trustee Hynding,
<br />seconded by Trustee Rice,same be approved. Motion carried by the following vote:
<br />Ayes,Trustees Brown,HYnding,Rice,Merrill. Noes,none-. Absent,Trustee Card: Beeger,
<br />Mr Parker addressed the Board relative to the Pound -master taking up his cow on Rail-
<br />road property. The Pound -master on showing that he had the proper authority from Railroad
<br />Coinpany,the Board could not take any action in the matter.
<br />H.W.Jamieson and. J.N.Winter addressed the Board about the drainage of storm waters
<br />off of Chestnut Street. Referred to Committee on Public works to place temporary culverts
<br />and ditches on Chestnut Street,also on Brewster Avenue and County Road,near Wellesley Parr,
<br />and other places in various parts•of•Town.
<br />Town Clerk reports receipt of Maps of Subdivision of Lot 15 of the Reese Subdivision
<br />of the Redwood Farm. and
<br />Subdivision of Lot 52 of the Reese Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm.

<br />On motion of Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Brown,City Attorney was instructed to
<br />notify property owners on Cassia Street, north of Stambaugh to construct curbs and have
<br />sidevralks filled to proper grade. Motion carried.
<br />Communication from Geo. C.Ross,representing Mezes Estate requesting reduction of water
<br />charges.
<br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Hynding,moved that communication be received and file
<br />and consideration of same be laid over until next meeting. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Hynding,moved that C.M.Uhlenberg be granted permiss-
<br />ion to withdraw his application for a permit for a Class A Liquor License and Bond.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Resolution No. 13, Dingee Park.
<br />Trustee Brown presented the following resolution and moved its adoption.
<br />whereas,the clerk of the town and municipality of Redwood City,state of Cali-
<br />fornia,did on the 25th day of November, 1909, transmit to the tax collector of said town and
<br />municipality the map andilist provided for in section 10 of "The Local Improvement Act of
<br />190111,1n the matter of the proposed improvements in "Assessment District No. 13"; and
<br />Thereas,the tax collector of said municipality has fixed a day which shall be the last
<br />day for cash payments,and has also fixed a day for 'the sale of the various parcels of land
<br />within said distriet,in accordance with section 12 of said act;
<br />Now Therefore, Resolved that said tax collector be,and.he is,hereby directed to post,
<br />or cause to be postedr,and cause to be published,proper and necessary notices in the manner
<br />and form and for the time required by section 12 of said. "The Local Improvement Act of 1901"
<br />and in accordance with law-; -and
<br />Be It Further Resolved that the Redwood City Democrat ,a weekly newspaper of general
<br />circulation,printed and published in the town of Redwood CitY,being the city, in. which the
<br />property in said assessment district No. 13 is situated,be,and the same is,hereby designat-
<br />ed as the new in which the notices required by said section 12 of said "The Local
<br />Improvement Act of 1901," shall be published,in the manner and form and for the time re -
