<br />Resolution No. 14, Dingee Park.
<br />Trustee Ending presented the following resolution and moved its adoption.
<br />whereas,the clerk of the town and municipality of Redwood City,state of California,
<br />did,on the 26th day of November, 1909, transmit to the tax collector of said town and muni-
<br />cipality the map and list provided for in section 10 of "The Local Improvement Act of 1901"
<br />In the matter of the proposed improvements in "Assessment District No. 14"; and
<br />whereas,the tax collector of said municipality has fixed a day Which shall be, the.last
<br />day for cash payments,and has also fixed a day for the sale of the various parcels of land
<br />within said distriet,in accordance with section 12 of said act;
<br />Now Therefore, Resolved that said tax collector be,and he is,hereby directed to post,
<br />cause to be posted,and cause to be published, proper and necessary notices in the manner an
<br />form and for the time required by section 12 of said "The Local Improvement Act of 19011,"
<br />and in accordance with law; and
<br />Be It Further Resolved that the Redwood City Democrat,a weekly newspaper of general
<br />circulation, printed and published in the town of Redwood OitY,being the city in which the
<br />property in said assessment district No. 14 is situated,be,and the same is,hereby designat-
<br />ed as the newspaper in which the notices required by said section 12 of said "The Local
<br />Improvement Act of 1901" shall be publlshed,in the manner and form and for the time re-
<br />quired by said.section,and in accordance with law,
