<br />Town of Redwood City,and of the inhabitants theseof,demarid the acquiSit ion,construction an
<br />completion of the following municipal improvements for and in said Town of Redwood City,to
<br />wit ;-
<br />Concrete bridges on the County Road in said Town of Redwood City at the following
<br />places to -wit;
<br />One at the intersection of the County Road and Redwood Avenue in said Town of Redwood
<br />city;
<br />One at the intersection of the County Road and Oak Avenue in said Town of -Redwood City;;
<br />one at the intersection of the County Road and Roosevelt Avenue in said Town of Redwood)
<br />city;
<br />One on the County Road at the intersection of Main Street in said Town of Redwood City;
<br />one on the County Road 690 feet north west from the intersection of the County Road
<br />and Jefferson Avenue in said Town of Redwood- City;
<br />One on the County Road 1060 feet north west from the intersection of the County Road
<br />and Jefferson Avenue in said Town of Redwood City.
<br />That the estimated cost of said bridges is the sun of seven thousand five hundred
<br />,("475,00. 00) dollars.
<br />section V. That the acquisition,eonstruction and completion of said improvements,
<br />each thereof,are necessary and convenient to carry out the objects, purposes and powers of
<br />said municipality, said Town of Redwood City,and that the costs of said. improvements, and of
<br />each or either of them,is too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and reve—
<br />nue of said Town of Redwood City,and said improvements, and each thereof,will require an ex-
<br />penditure greater than the amount allowed for such improvements,or either or any of them,
<br />by the annual tax levy,and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Red-
<br />wbod City to have and procure said improvements, and each of them,to be made ,acquired, con-
<br />structed and established.. And said Board of Trustees does hereby determine that all ne-
<br />cessary and proper proceedings be and the same shall be ,taken and had,as provided for by tj
<br />laws of the state of California,for the purpose and to the end of having,acquiring•,making,
<br />constructing, establishing and completing such several municipal improvements,and each there-
<br />of .
<br />Trustee Hynding seconded said motion,and upon roll call the same was passed and adopt-
<br />ed at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,Oounty of San
