Merrill, Town Clerk called the meeting to order. <br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Hynding,moved that Trustee Brown be appointed President <br />of the Board pro tem. Motion carried. <br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Rice,moves that meeting adjourn to Monday,January <br />31st 1910,at 7:30 P.M.
