<br />Trustee Hynd.ing sumbitterl i°eport of streets proposed to be macadamized rand reinforced
<br />concrete with oiled surface.
<br />After discussing the proposed street improvement,the Board laid the matter over for
<br />a further consideration. The City Attorney and Town Clerk to send return postal cards to
<br />all property owners fronting on streets in report of street committee, requesting them to
<br />state preference for macadam or reinforced concrete roadwlay.
<br />Trustee Hynding,Chairnian of Street Committee, reports having authorized the laying; of
<br />necessary water main near the Frank Tannery.
<br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that action of Trustee Hynding in the mat-
<br />ter of laying water main as reported by him,be approved. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Hynding reports that Supervisor McEvoy grants permission to the Town of Red -
<br />3 wood City to use sheds in jail yard for the storage of Town Water wagons, Rollers, etc.

<br />Mr LandscheIt,represent Ing Wellesley Park,made request for water connections to cer-
<br />fain lots in Wellesley Park.
<br />It was agreed to lay about 1200 feet of one inch pipe as requested.
<br />Mr Tuchen,of Baldwin & Howell,asked permission of Board to open certain streets in
<br />Dingee Park for the purpose of laying lateral sewer pipes from main to curb.
<br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that Baldwin & Howell be granted such per-
<br />mission. Motion carried..
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Rice,moved that the Superintendent of Streets be
<br />instructed to include.the following; named streets In the laying of water pipe; Iris,Jeter,
<br />King, Lowell ,Myrtle, Nevada from Hopkins to 'Whipple Avenues, Hopkins Avenue from Hudson to
<br />Nevada Streets. Motion carried.
<br />Petition from property owners on Spruce Street stating that Spruce Street was an ac-
<br />cepted Street; that it was built by property owners fronting on said street,and requesting
<br />that condition of street be improved.
<br />Trustee Hyrid.ing,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that Superintendent of Streets be in-
<br />structed to scrape and rock Spruce Street,from Railroad to Mound. Street, according to his
<br />discretion. Motion carried.
<br />Claims of R. F. Chilcott against Assessment District No. 13,amount $118.009and Assess-
<br />ment District No. 14,amount 072.009were approved by the Finance Committee.

<br />Claim of Baldwin & Howell,amount 0749.25,for extra materials and .labor in construction
<br />of reservoir,at the request of the Board,was approved by the Finance Committee.
<br />Trustee Brownsseconded by Trustee Hynding,moved that claim be allowed and warrant drawn
<br />on Treasurer on delivery of Deed of reservoir to Town.
