<br />Trustee Hynding presented. the following resolution and moved its adoption.
<br />whereas,in the matter of the proposed improvements in Assessment District No. 14 the
<br />tax collector of the town and municipality of Redwood. City having rPnorted.*to the board of
<br />trustees of said town and municipality the amount of cash collected and the amount of in-
<br />stallment agreements taken; and.
<br />whereas,it appears in and by said report that said tax collector has collected, the suml
<br />of $467.25 assessments paid in full; the sum of 07.90 fractional cents lost in division of
<br />0
<br />installments; the sum of 0367E.36 first installment of installment agreements; installment
<br />X
<br />agreements in the aggregate sum of 036,7U.60,of which amount the first installment in the)
<br />said sum of 067$.36 has been paid in cash.,le'aving due and unpaid on said installment agreH-
<br />ments the sum of 033,105.24; and
<br />whereas,it now appearing to this board that it is necessary to raise this sum of
<br />033,105.24 in order that the total estimated cost of said proposed improvements and, the i
<br />ciaental expenses in connection therewith,to-wit,the sum of $379258.75,be actually in the
<br />hands of ;,he treasurer;
<br />Now Th erefore,it is hereby Ordered and Resolved,in pursuance of section lS of "The
<br />Local in.provement Act of 1901,11 that bonds be issued. aa;&Inst the special local improvement
<br />fUlld of Assassment District No. 14 in the aggregate sum of 0,105.24; that the number and
<br />denomination of said bonds' be as follOws;thirty-three (33) bonds of the, denomination of
<br />one thousand dollars (131000), and one (1) bond of the denomination.of 0105.24; that each
<br />of said bonds be dated January 2nd.,1910; that the term of each of said bonds be ten (10)
<br />years from said date; that the rate of interest of each of said bonds be seven (7) per can
<br />Per annum from said date; and
<br />Be it further Ordered and Resolved that said bonds be issued in the form and by the
<br />officers,and payable in the manner,provided. by section 18 of said "The Local Improvement
<br />Act of 1901;" and
<br />Be it further Ordered. and Resolved,that said bonds be sold at not less than par to the
<br />highest bidder for cash in United States gold coin; and
<br />Be it further Ordered and Resolved that the following notice of sale of bonds be given,
<br />and that the same be published twice in the Times-Gazette,a weekly newspaper printed,pub-

<br />lished and. circulated in said town of Redwood City,to-wit;
<br />"NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS.
<br />"Pursuant to an order and, resolution of the board of trustees of the town of Redwood
<br />City,made and adopted on the 7th day of FebruarY,19109notice is hereby given that said
<br />board of trustees,.will sell at not, lass than par,(face and accrued interest to date of
<br />delivery),to the highest bidder for cash in United States gold coin, thirty-three (33)
<br />bonds of the denomination of $1000 each,and one (1) bond of the denomination of $105.24;
<br />each of said bonds to be dated. January 2nd,1910,to bear interest at the rate of seven (7).
<br />Per cent per annum from said date,and to run for the term of ten (10) years from said. date
