<br />All proposals shall be addressed to or left with a.O.Plump,clerK of said town,and shall be
<br />marked 'Proposal for bonds,Assessment District No. 13.'
<br />"Bids may be made for the whole issue of said bonds or for parcels thereof, or for both.
<br />"Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, certificate of deposit,or cashier's
<br />check upon some responsible bank,in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500),payable to the
<br />president of said board of trustees,and to be forfeited to said town in the event that, the
<br />bid is accepted,the proceedings for the issuance of said bonds under said, act are legal,
<br />and said bidder shall fail to accept and pay for said bonds in accordance with this notice
<br />and his bid pursuant thereto.
<br />"The successful bidder or bidders shall pay for said bonds at the office of the treasur,
<br />er of said. town of Redwood City as soon as said bonds are ready for delivery at his office.
<br />Said, board of trustees will allow the successful bidder or bidders ten (10) days from date
<br />of acceptance of said bid for examination of the proceedings in relation thereto.
