<br />Regular meeting Board of Town Trustees held.
<br />Roll Call. Present Trustees,President Geo.A.Merrill,Carl Beeger,Robt.Brown,C.J.Hyn-
<br />ding,T.O.Rice. Town Clerk,G.C.Plump.
<br />Minutes of meetings held on January 17th924th,31st,read.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved that same be approved. Motion -carried
<br />by the follovring vote.

<br />Noes, None.
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that Report of.Tax Collector,Assess-
<br />ment District No. 13,Dingee Park,be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Hynding presented the followinf, resolution and moved its adoption.
<br />1hereas,In the matter of the proposed improvements in Assessment District No. 13 the
<br />tax collector of the town and municipality of Redwood City having reported to the Board. of
<br />trustees of said town and municipality the amount of cash collected. and the amount of in-
<br />stallment agreements taken; and
<br />14hereas,it appears in and by said report that said tax collector .has collected the sum
<br />$1550.75,assessments paid in full; the sum of $7.00 fractional cents lost in division of
<br />Installments; the sum of 07,145.97 first installment of installment agreements; install-
<br />ment agreements in the aggregate sum of $71,459.70,of which amount the first installment
<br />in the said sum of 07,145.97 has been paid in cash,leaving a. e and unpaid on said insta
<br />ment'agreements the sum of $64,313.73; and.
<br />'Wh.ereas,it now appearing to this board that it is necessary to raise the sum of
<br />$64-,313.73 in order that the total estimated cost of said proposed improvements and the
<br />incidental expenses in connected therewith ,to-wit,the sum of $73,017.45,be actually in
<br />the hands of the treasurer;
<br />Now Therefore,it is hereby Ordered and Resolved,in pursuance of section 16 of "The
<br />Local Improvement Act bf 1901," that bonds be issued against the special local improvement
<br />fund of Assessment No. 13 in the aggregate' sum of 064,313-73;' that the number and denomi-
<br />nation of said bonds be as follows; sixty-four (64) bonds of the denomination of one
<br />thousand, dollars ,('91000. ) each, and' one (1) bond of the denomination of 0313.73; that each
<br />Of said bonds be dated January 2nd,1910; that the term of each of said bonds be ten ('10)

<br />IM, 4 Years from said date; that the rata of interest of each of said bonds be seven (7) per
<br />cent per annum from said date; and
<br />'` Be it further Ordered and Resolved that said bonds be issued in the form and by the
<br />officers,and payable in the manner,
<br />pro'vided by section 1$ of said "The Local Improvement
<br />ITr.
<br />Act of 1901"; and

<br />Be it further Ordered and Resolved that the following notice of sale of bonds be -liven
