<br />Tiereas, the board of trustees of the tovm of Redwood City heretofore duly gave and
<br />published a notice that.said.board would sell, at not less than Par,(face and accrued in-
<br />terest to date of delivery),to the higher; ')adder for cash in United states gold coin,
<br />thirty-three (33 ) bonds of the denomination of 01000 each, and one (1) bond of the de-
<br />nomination of $105.24 a copy of which notice is bat forth and annexed to the affidavit of
<br />publication of notice of sale of bonds,now on file in the office of the clerk of said town
<br />of Redwood. City,and to which reference is hereby made and the same 'made a part hereof; and
<br />whereas,said bonds were issued in accordance with and by virtue of "The Local Improve-
<br />ment Act of 1,001"; and
<br />'6Yh.ereas,in pursuance of said notice sealed bids were received by said board for the pur-
<br />chase of said bonds up to the hour of 7:30 o'clock p"m. on ,the 21st.day of February,1910;
<br />and
<br />whereas,said bids were,opened by said board during public meeting.held on said 21st
<br />day of February,1910; and
<br />Whereas, it appears from said bids that Baldwin & Hotrell,a eorporation,is the highest
<br />and best bidder for §aid bonds having dib the face value and one dollar per bond and, ac-
<br />crued-ir�terest to date of delivery,for the whole issue,or any portion of the issue of said
<br />bonds; `
<br />Now Therefore ,be it Resolved, that said bonds, and the whole issue thereof ,be, and the sam
<br />are hereby sold, to said Baldwin & Howell for the face value and one dollar per bond, and ac-
<br />crued interest to date of delivery; and be it _further
<br />Resolved, that the treasurer of said town be,and he is hereby,directed to deliver said
<br />bon ds,and the whole issue thereof,to said Bladwin & Howell upon the payment to said treas-
<br />urer in gold coin of the'United states,of the face value and of one dollar per bond and ac1.

<br />Passed and adopted by the board of trustees of the gown of Redwood City this 21st day
<br />of February,1910,by the following vote:
