The Board, then examined the returns as deli ad by the Clerk and found the same properly sealed and then Proceed- ed with the canlrsss of sQid returns in public and by opening; the returns and estimating the �M ec voptte feach proposition voted for at said election and declared `3 e- r stilt as follow, ; For said propos fion No.1,be1ng to incur a bonded indebtedness of fifteen thousand ($15,000,00) dollars to pay the cost of acquiring land for the right of way' for the ex- tension of Phelps street from Main street to Jefferson Avenue in said Town of Redwood City. That the number of votes marked "Yes" and in favor of said proposition was three hun- dred and twelve ( 312 ). NO.1 was fifty one (51). That the number of votes malMed "NO" and against said proposition On motion of TrustPe Hynding,seconded by Trustee Rice proposition No. 1 was declared carried. (vote) Ayes ,Trustees,Beeger,BroWn,HyndingpRice,Merrill. For proposition No. 2 being to incur a bonded inbehtednPgq of fifteen thousand (A15,000.00) dollars to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing and completing a building for municipal uses namely a Town Hall. That the number of votes marked "Yes" and in favor of said proposition No. 2 was three hundred and sixteen (316). That the number of votes marked "No" and against said proposition No. 2 was forty two (42). On motion of Trustee Beeger,se;onded by Trustee Brown proposition No.2 was declared carried. For said proposition, -NO. 3 being to incur a bonded indebtedness of five thousand ($5,000.00) dollars to pay 3Le cost of acquiring, construe ting and completing a concrete retaining wall along the westerly side of the County Road from the northerly line of the intersection of the County Road and the Woodside Road to a point where said County Road intersects Main street in said Town of Redwood City. For said proposition NO.4 being to incur a bonded indebtedness of seven thousand five hiuw,red (7,500.00) dollars to pay the cost of acquiring, constructing and completing con - Crete bridges on the County Road in said Town Of Redwood City at the following places; one at the intersection of the County Road and Redwood Avenue; one at the intersection of the County Road, and Oak Avenue; one at the intersection of the County Road, and Roosevelt Avenue;. one at the intersection of the County Road and Main street; one on the County Road 690 feet northwest from the intersection of the County Road and.
