Absent Trustee T.C.Rice. <br />Minutes of meetings February 21st and 26th 1910,read. <br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown,moved same be approved. Motion carried. <br />Communications. <br />Redwood City,Calif. <br />To The Honorable Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City; <br />Gentlemen: <br />I regret to state that I find that.my private business <br />interests demand all of my attention and I therefore wish to tender my resignation as a <br />member of the Board of Toxn Trustees of the .Town of .Redwood City,to take effect at once. <br />Thanking the Board for the many courtesies extended to me during my incumbency,I <br />remain, <br />Dated,lvtarch 7th 1910. <br />Respectfully Yours, <br />T. C. Rice <br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown,offers the following resolution and moves <br />its adoption. <br />Whereas, T. C. Rice a member of the Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Redwood <br />City has tendered his resignatinn as a member of said Board this 7th day of March,1910, <br />to take effect at once; <br />Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, <br />that the resignation of T. C. Rice as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Redwood City,be,and the same is hereby acc,pted to take effect immediately and said of- <br />fice of member of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City is hereby declared <br />vacant; <br />V <br />And be it furthe° resolved that this Board of Trustees expresses its .deepest thanks <br />and appreciation to T. 0. Rice for his honest and efficient work while a member of said <br />Board. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting of said Board held on the 7th day of March,1910 by the folloaing vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of said resolution, Trustees <br />Robt.Brown .Carl Beeger, C.J.Hynding, Geo.A.Merrill. <br />Noes and against the passage of said resolution, Trustees, <br />None. <br />Absent, Trustees, None. <br />Geo.
